Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies:
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days directly from the warehouse located in Fontana, California. Provided the order is received before 3:00 PM. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together. We have a flat rate of $9.85 for orders under $95.00 and anything above that will be charged at 14%.
Standard Ground Delivery* - UPS Ground Service:
BRs Gift Shop's standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service, which normally takes 3-14 days depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS Ground requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Order Confirmations & Delivery Trackings:
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation along with an BRs Gift Shop order number immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail! Please include your order number in all e-mail or other correspondence. Please also include your full name and shipping destination address.
Delivery vendor tracking numbers from UPS or USPS are not immediately available. In two to three business days, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Standard UPS Ground or Rush UPS 2-day Air tracking number so that you can track your package(s) at the UPS website.
Please note that UPS may take an additional day or two to post package progress. For estimated delivery dates, please see the map and information on our Shipping Info pages.
Occasionally our warehouse ships small, light-weight orders via USPS Priority Mail instead of by UPS to help keep shipping costs down.
If your order is shipping via USPS Priority Mail out of the 48 states, your shipping confirmation email includes the tracking number, but package progress and estimated delivery date are not available at the US Post Office website. If your order is shipping to a PO Box address, UPS Basic package progress is available at the UPS website, but estimated delivery dates are not available.
Overdue Arrivals:
If your package is late to arrive, please do not hestiate to contact us! Please allow the normal maximum order fulfillment times shown in the map above. After allowing order processing and delivery time as shown on the map above, please "email customer service" to request tracking details.

Rush Shipping:
BRs Gift Shop cannot send "Over-Night" deliveries at this time. "Rush" shipping is available for an additional charge within the 48 contiguous United States of America only. Our express delivery service takes a minimum of 3 full business days, allowing 1 business day for warehouse order processing. Please allow 1 additional business day, particularly during holidays and busy shipping periods. The minimum charge for rush delivery shipping is $20. Shipping to PO Box Addresses:
UPS Ground service requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via UPS Basic, a partnership between UPS and USPS, and may take longer to arrive. Please click here for shipping rates and more information.
Shipping Outside of the Continental USA:
We do ship to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. We also ship to US Military APO and FPO addresses. Please click here for shipping information and rates.
Sorry, BRs Gift Shop does NOT ship outside of the United States of America BRs Gift Shop does not ship to foreign countries (Australia, Japan, Europe, etc.) due to the long delivery times, enormous shipping costs, duties, and international Customs hassles.
We do not accept credit cards issued from non-US banks.
Status of an Order:
Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order. Please provide us your order confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping address. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email customer service. Please include your order number, name, and shipping address. We WILL make it right!

30-Day Inspection Period:
If your selection does not meet your every expectation, simply return it within our 30-day inspection period for a prompt exchange or refund of your purchase price (excluding originating shipping and handling fees; customer pays return shipping). IItems must be returned in the original packaging. Please also include the original packing slip or a copy.
Returns received after our 30-day inspection period are subject to a 20% merchandise restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 60 days. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account; instead we will issue you store credit.
