- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?
Contact Brs Gift Shop via e-mail immediately- within three days - upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf. A replacement product will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim. Please provide complete information (ie:order info,shipping info etc.) in your e-mail notification so that we can process your claim in a timely manner.

It takes 1 to 2 days to process the order. Then another 5 to 10 days depending on your location. All orders are sent Ups ground. If another delivery method is requested at the time the delivery, it will vary depending on the area. Note: Days refer to business days, not including holidays. You will receive an email when order is shipped with tracking number.

- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Sorry, but we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We receive many requests for shipping to Europe and Asia, but unfortunately we are not able to handle the billing and shipping logistics at this time.
